Spring Hair Products: My Healthy Hair Favorites

One. | Christophe Robin Cleansing Purifying Shampoo Scrub with Sea Salt - I've talked about this shampoo scrub before on the blog, but I can't recommend it enough for someone who doesn't wash their hair often.  I try to go as long as possible between washes to keep my hair healthy which means having to use dry shampoo and texture spray.  This product does such a good job of getting rid of all of the product build up on my hair and scalp without overly drying out my hair.  It really scrubs all of the excess product out of your hair without making your hair feel overly dry.  I have found myself reaching for this product every time that I wash my hair, because it makes me feel like I'm starting with a clean slate!

Two. | Oribe Gold Lust Pre-Shampoo Intensive Treatment - I'm always on the hunt products to help make my hair more healthy. This product is a really intense preshampoo treatment.  A little bit goes a really long way.  I made the mistake the first time using this mask of putting on too much and it look a few shampoo washes to get the mask all out of my hair.  Make sure to concentrate this on just the ends of your hair and not use at your scalp since this is so thick and hard to wash out.  I love that you use this product before the shower so it's not something that you need to put on after your shower and then having to jump back in the shower to wash it off.  This really does re-seal the end of your hair leaving you with really shiny and soft hair! I love this whole gold lust line by Oribe.

Three. | Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Conditioner - This shampoo and conditioner is pricey, but I wash my hair so rarely that I found that one bottle is able to last me a really long time.  I think I've been using the same bottle for the last 5 months.  I like this hair care line, because it is nourishing, but does not weigh down your hair.  Sometimes I have a hard time using moisturizing shampoo, because it makes my hair feel more flat and weighed down, and that's not the case with this line.

Four. | Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Shampoo - Again, this stuff is on the pricey side, but I've found that it lasts me forever!

Five. | Living Proof Restore Perfecting Spray - I love this product, because I feel like it's an all in one spray.  Conditioning, detangling, and heat protectant all in one. I haven't found a living proof product that I don't love. I'm so bad about remember to put heat protectant in my hair before using my hot tools so I love that I can put this on right after I get out of the shower and before I even brush my hair out.  I've tried a lot of leave in conditioners and feel like it's hard to find one that doesn't leave my hair greasy and this product doesn't do that at all.  Can't recommend it enough!

Six. | Drybar 'Triple Sec' 3-in-1 Texturizer - I love that this is a 3 in 1 product for those mornings when I've feeling lazy or in a hurry to get to work.  You can tell that I love products that multi-task. I use it as a dry shampoo and it give me great volume and erases greasy areas around my face.  It goes on clear so I don't have to worry about rubbing in the white powder that usually comes with a dry shampoo (especially as a brunette). I also love that it doesn't leave my hair feeling hard, but just refreshes and texturizes second day hair.  This is a must have!

Seven. | Drybar Detox Original Scent Dry Shampoo - Speaking of dry shampoo, this is a good one.  I switch between this dry shampoo and the dry shampoo by Living Proof.  Both are awesome and do wonders for all of the days that I go without washing my hair.  I mentioned that I go as long as possible between washes and it's all due to my love for dry shampoo.  This stuff smells amazing.  It does come out with a white hue so if you're brunette, you'll want to make sure to rub it into your hair really well.

Eight. | Oribe Swept Up Volume Powder - This product is literally magic. This adds so much volume to your hair.  It's like teasing your root without actually having to backcomb the root.  The only negative about this product is that it's really sticky and thick so I usually don't use it on first day hair, but wait until I'm closer to washing it again and need more volume.  A little bit goes a long way so while this product is pricy, you don't need much to see a big difference in the volume of your hair.  You can literally see your hair get bigger as you use this!

Nine. | Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray - This stuff is the best.  I was hesitant to try this product for the longest time, because I knew as soon as I bought it I would love it.  This gives such good volume and texture to your hair.  It gives your hair a beachy look with a slight hold similar to hairspray.  I don't even use hairspray, because I feel like this does such a good job of keeping my hair in place.

Ten. | Oribe Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil - Everyone needs a good hair oil. I've tried a lot of different hair oils and love this one. I love to add this as the last step of my hair routine to soften the ends of my hair.  The ends can get really dry and this just makes them look more smooth and even with the rest of my hair. It's also great to put on at night before bed as treatment.

Seven. | Caviar Anti-Aging Overnight Hair Rescue -This is another hair care line that I love.  I've tried the shampoo and conditioner in this line and love that as well.  This overnight hair mask is an absolute favorite of mine, because of how easy it is to us.  I put it on before bed whether I plan to wash my hair the next morning or not.  It isn't overly greasy and just feels like it add so much moisture to my hair.  I love to add a quarter size amount to my hair and this put it in a braid before bed and wake up with such soft hair.

I wanted to add in all of the hair tools that I used, but realized I already had so much to say about all of the products that I use so that will have to be a different post!  You can check out even more of my hair care favorites on my 'Favorites' page too! Happy Wednesday - Hope you all are having a great week!

Xo,
Kelsie
