Current Makeup Routine

[1] Foundation || I think I've been using this foundation for over 10 years!  I can't help but keep going back to it.  It is a full coverage, long wear foundation, but my favorite part about this foundation is that it really sinks into the skin and doesn't look like it's sitting on top of my skin.  It gives a flawless, skin-like finish, while still being very full coverage.  I use a beauty blender to apply and love that I can put it on in the morning and know that it will last all day!
Color: 1W2 Sand

[2] Concealer || I've tried a lot of different concealers in my day and seem to always find my way back to this one.  Easy to blend, doesn't crease, full coverage.  Tarte shape tape is a very close second for me!
Color: Vanilla

[3] Under Eye Setting Powder || Best under eye setting powder ever, hands down.  This is similar to the Laura Mercier setting powder, but this is specifically for the under eye and is brightening.  It really brightens up your under eye.  I really like this put it on heavy after my concealer and let it set there while I do my bronzer, blush, and highlight.  After I do the rest of my face I brush off the excess and it leave me looking like I got 10 hours of sleep the night before.

[4] Bronzing Makeup Base || I love this stuff because it makes my bronzer look so natural. I have to make sure to use it sparingly in the winter since I'm so pale, but in the summertime this is a must have. I put it on before any powder and it gives that look of a natural glow from within.  Obviously a pricey item, but a little bit goes a long way and I've had one tub of this and it's been almost two years.

[5] Setting Powder || This has been a recent addition to my make up collection and I love to use it to set the rest of my face.  It is almost translucent and the "micro" powder really gives you a skin like finish.  So far I'm a big fan of this, although it's hard to beat the Laura Mercier setting powder, this one is giving it a run for it's money.

[6] Bronzer || Another holy grail produce for most beauty guru.  I use this in the color "Laguna" and it's a great year round bronzer to brighten up your face.  It isn't too orangey or too dark that I think it is universally flattering.  I've tried a lot of bronzer and always seems to go back to this one.
Color: Laguna

[7] Highlighter || This is a 2017 addition to my make up bag.  I have not been too big into highlighters as I was always worried about looking too shiney, but this has the perfect amount of sparkle and shine without looking creasy or like I'm going to prom.  Great everyday highlighter!
Color: Gilded Honey

[8] Blush ||  I've been all over the board this year trying new blushes.  This blush is a great everyday color, especially for the wintertime.  I seem to be grabbing this one a lot lately, although my tarte blush is also a close second!
Color: Incandescent Electra

[9] Setting Spray || For the longest time I thought this was a hoax.  I thought I already use setting powder, how can I need a spray too.  I finally decided that since it was still being raved about, I should give it a real try.  I always had the issue of my makeup wearing off onto my jacket or sweater, especially a white turtleneck.  With this stuff, that never happens.  My make up is literally locked in place and doesn't smudge off onto any of my clothes.  This has become a daily essential for me, and I love that the most recent bottle that I bought came in a set with a quick fix spray too!

[10] Eyelash Primer ||  I used to use this stuff before I got eyelash extensions and whenever I used it I would have people ask if I had extensions.  Now that I took my lashes off again, I am trying to get that look a fake lashes back.  This stuff works wonders in making lashes fuller and longer.  I usually use two coats and let it fully dry in between each coat and then finish with mascara.  It really does make a big difference in your lashes!

[11]  Mascara ||  There are so many good mascaras on the market now days and I been on a hunt to try them all since I got my lashes taken off last month.  This Dior mascara definitely makes my lashes more full.  However, I'll probably continue to try new mascaras and it's always fun to see what a difference they can make in your lashes!
